Return and Exchanges Policy

At Fittergear UK, we strive to deliver amazing products and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

If, after receiving your order, you decide that you don't like an item or would like to exchange it, you can return it to us within 30 days without giving any reason.

Please note that your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e., in perfect condition, without defects, with labels, and in the original packaging, to be eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Please contact us on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  • After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
  • Please provide the logistics tracking number after the goods are shipped.
  • Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.
  • Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us.The return is at your own expense.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.

Arrived Late

We Promise Delivery Within 20 Days or Refund You $5.
Defective/Quality Issues Resend a New or Refund
Not Like/Not Suitable (size/color) You can get a refund, but you'll need to cover the return shipping fee.
Damaged or Wrong on Arrival Contact Us immediately For a Replacement or Full Refund.
Address Wrong  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and delays caused by an incorrect address.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
