If you decide that you don't like an item or wish to exchange it after receiving your order, you can return it to us within 30 days without providing any reason.

Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it,meaning it should be in good condition, without any defects in tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

To request a return and refund, please email support@fittergear.co.uk and include your order number in the subject line.In the body of the email,explain the reason for the refund request.We will respond within 24 hours (except on weekends) after receiving the customer's email.

  • In the event of a product quality problem (such as damage or missing parts),customers are required to take a photo or record a short video and then email it to us at support@fittergear.co.uk.We support either resending a new product or providing a full refund. The new product will be re-shipped within the usual delivery timeframe.
  • If the product received does not match its description, please contact us to confirm the original delivery address. If uncertain, customers can reach out to us via email at support@fittergear.co.uk. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Quality Issues

In the case of manufacturing defects or quality issues with the product you received, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. Fittergear UK will cover the shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Customers

For returns that are not related to quality issues, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable return shipping service.

Refund Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, a refund or exchange will be processed based on the return type. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days.

Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during shipping, please document the damage, take clear photos, and immediately contact our customer support team.
