I purchased this item after advise from my son. I have week wrists and these bands help strengthen them and other parts of my body without too much effort
The bands seem to be of good quality, I've used them all several times and they are going strong. The handles are light but work fine. I've the heavier set as I use some weights already but I'd consider the lighter set to be suitable for beginners and those a little older. For the money you can't go wrong.
