Product Description
Built with a nylon arch support structure, it follows the natural curve of the foot and helps distribute pressure more evenly for a stable feel while walking.
The shock absorbing heel pad cushions impact at the heel, reducing strain during long hours of standing or movement.
An elastic forefoot cushioning layer adds flexibility and comfort, helping relieve pressure on the front of the foot with each step.
Made with EVA foam cushioning, it offers a balance of softness and support for everyday wear without feeling too soft or unstable.
The top layer uses breathable fabric, providing a smooth touch while helping keep your feet dry during extended use.
Designed with a deep heel cup, it helps hold your heel in place and improves overall stability inside your shoes.
Suitable for work shoes, sneakers, and boots, making it a practical option for daily use, long shifts, or active routines.
Featuring a trim-to-fit design, the insole can be easily cut to match different shoe sizes and shapes.

Insoles can be trimmed for a better fit.

These are well made and feel comfortable underfoot. I’ve noticed they help a bit with foot fatigue, especially after a long day.
The only thing to keep in mind is they do take up some space inside the shoe, mainly around the toe area. In my tighter shoes they felt a bit snug, so they work better in shoes with a bit more room.
Overall, happy with them — just something to consider before buying.
These insoles are made from a mix of materials, with a semi-rigid base and a softer foam layer on top. There’s extra cushioning around the heel and forefoot, and the top feels comfortable against the foot.
The heel support is really good, with the sides coming up nicely to hold the heel in place. The arch support is noticeable but not too aggressive — I have lower arches and didn’t find it uncomfortable.
They’re also not too bulky, so they fit into most shoes as long as you remove the original insoles.
Sizing-wise, they seem true to size in width but a bit longer out of the box, which is probably intentional so you can trim them to fit. There are guidelines on the underside, but I found it easier to use my original insoles as a template for a more accurate fit.
Been using these for a few days now and they’re really comfortable. The arch support is there but not too firm, so they don’t feel hard underfoot.
I’ve been wearing them in my work shoes and they stay in place well. Definitely helps when I’m on my feet for long periods.
Overall, happy with them — a solid option for everyday use.
Arrived promptly. Fitted straight in to my shoe. Definitely seems to help with my foot pain straight away.
My heels were being destroyed by my working boots and this has made the pain go from 10 to about 1 would definitelybe buying again. I need acouponfor the next purchase 😋
Sized to fit rather than cut to fit, it's important to get the correct size before you order. I got these to use in neoprene wellingtons, which are warm but can be quite uncomfortable if you're working a long day. Typically these boots can also be quite flat with little or no arch support. They were a squeeze to get in, but once they were in they fitted like a glove without sliding back and forth. These also had gel like pressure relief, which made them really, really comfortable. Simply put these insoles arch supports are incredibly comfy and supportive, perfect for use where comfort to the sole of your foot is important. I've been using these for a week now and I'd definitely get these again.
I've popped these in my work boots (steel toed, protective type) and they have dramatically improved the comfort of them.
I suffer from plantar fasciitis in one foot, and the insoles have certainly helped - they have arch support, and prevent my foot from being painful after a day at work.
They are slightly trimmable, but I found it unnecessary. My feet are size 3 and my boots are 4 (adult ladies sizes), and they fit my boots beautifully.
For the price, and easing my foot pain, they are very good value money.
These insoles feel well made and give strong arch support without being too bulky. They fit nicely in most of my shoes and can be trimmed if needed.
I bought them mainly for plantar fasciitis and high arches, but later realised they’re better suited for overpronation. I actually have the opposite issue (my feet roll outwards), so they didn’t quite work for me.
That said, they seem like good quality and should work well if you need support for overpronation.
After only a few minutes I felt the benefit of these insoles, making my heel pain much less severe. After a week or so the pain was almost completely gone!
They are soft, but not too soft that they don't provide support.
On first use they felt a bit uncomfortable but my feet quickly adjusted, and we I mentioned before within a few days they felt great.
They are made of a nice soft, material with harder support were necessary and definitely feel more premium than most other insoles I've tried, and cheaper too!
