Holding the grip with four fingers and the thumb is also a typical method among aspiring fitness trainers. Most exercises can generally be performed using this grip technique.

Performance Option:

Pull the strap to the opposite side, and the grip fully folds over. This changes the direction of resistance to a vertical line, significantly reducing unnecessary strain on the forearm or wrist. It is ideal for daily fitness training—whether for “horizontal pulling” like rowing or “vertical pulling” like pull-ups. This option is designed to meet the needs of experienced trainers who prefer intense workouts with heavier weights.

Forearm Option:

Simply place your ring or index finger into the finger groove between the two bands. This grip prevents a direct force transfer, increases torque, and makes it harder to maintain the grip, thereby enhancing forearm muscle activation.
