Nice but disappointed by quality

After reading several reviews before purchase I was surprised by the quality of this bag. Not as good as expected. It is similar material and stitching to a kids gym bag from infant school, and the body straps are poor. I was also disappointed that the water bladder was not included as the photo intimates that it is, as do several reviews. I’m keeping it as it’s more hassle to return, I am hoping it is better quality than it appears.

Excellent backpack for storing items while on the road and plenty of water for long rides. Sturdy construction and, believe it or not, I go much faster while wearing this pack. Who'd have guessed!

Brilliant hiking backpack

This was excellent value, I've used it loads when training for a big trek and it's not let me down. The water bladder has never leaked and it's great that you can keep it cool in the insulated compartment. It's got enough room for waterproof jacket and trousers, snacks and the essentials. The waist and chest straps are great to distribute the weight and are adjustable so you can get the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend this.

Bought this for my wife as we do a lot of cycling. Great value bag, feels good quality and very comfortable with plenty of room for tools, spare top, water bladder (included), drink and food etc. Straps at top of bag that come down around the neck have plenty of room, so not rubbing against neck which was a problem with some other bags. When I tried it, I found the strap that comes around the waist/stomach area was quite high on me ( just under ribs), which would annoy me a bit after a while, but i am over 6ft tall. If you are shorter than this, it will not be a problem. A good buy, Recommended.
