Keep one's legs dry and cool

I use these for cycling three times a week over the past few weeks. From a short spin of 1 hour up to a four hour power route. The weather in Cornwall has been damp to heavy rain and I keep on cycling. Temperature range from 2 to 12 C at times -1 if you include wind chill.
The cycling tights are well stitched thus strong. The material feels like a soft wet suit thus very smooth and comfortable when wearing. The padding is standard and quite suitable though awkward to fold (I now roll instead) for storage.
Overall my legs stay dry and cool neither hot nor cold just cool. It was an odd sensation at first use but I have found them so comfortable that I purchased a second pair.
